Memorial Day

May 29th the next holiday not to be forgotten.  Memorial Day is a federal holiday for remembering the people who died while serving our country.  This holiday was first known as Decoration Day and started in the 1860's.  The official name "Memorial Day" was changed after World War II and is celebrated on the last Monday in May.  Celebrations include displaying the American Flag, visiting cemeteries and memorials with flowers and flags.
